Practical Magick - Meet Your Spirit Guides
Meet Your Spirit Guides is a combination gallery reading and salt & sound meditation.
Gather in the Sacred Cocoon at The Red Barn in Durham for an evening of connecting to Spirit. Receive insight and guidance from your guides with a channeled oracle reading. First, we will look at the general messages for the collective and how we can apply them in our life. Then there will be a personalized card pull and message for each participant.
Afterwards, we will head down to the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a guided sound meditation and salt therapy. Journey to meet one of your guides and receive even more messages, healing, and guidance.
Please note that WHITE SOCKS are required for the salt cave.
Reservations are required, space is limited to 10.

Sunrise Salt & Sound
Join Katie Cavenagh for a morning sound bath to energize and revitalize your body, mind, and spirit. Anchor in the positive vibes and let any stress or tension from the week simply melt away. Let the sounds of the flute, singing bowls, and other instruments bring you back to a state of balance so you can create your day with joy and ease.
The Soulshine Salt Cavern is located at The Red Barn in Durham, 352 Main St in Durham. Please come through the white door to the left of the main entrance of the Barn. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up.
We have cubbies for your belongings and the door will be locked during the event. Please wear WHITE SOCKS in the cave, and feel free to bring a blanket and water. Gravity chairs are provided for your comfort.

Reiki, Salt, and Sound
The three elements of reiki, salt, and sound provide a unique spiritual experience. Join reiki masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the salt cave for a deep restorative sound healing session.
Reiki
Each participant will receive a short, hands on reiki boost from Deborah, designed to help balance and clear the energy system.
Salt
45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress.
Sound
Katie will be sending distance reiki while offering a soothing sound bath throughout the full session.
Please note that WHITE SOCKS must be worn in the salt cave.
