Welcome to BREATHE a 4 Week Meditative Breathwork Series!
During these 4 weeks you will be shown how to use your breath to relax, slow down and navigate emotions that may rise up in your life. Each week we will focus on a theme and practice different breaths while receiving salt therapy. This is an invitation to explore yourself and connect deeper into selfcare.
Series meets weekly on Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm at Soulshine Salt Cavern in Durham, CT.
