During this group session, I will pull in both the transformative and life force energy of fire and the cleansing and calming nature of water for a powerful journey of alignment and recalibration!

You will take in the beautiful healing benefits of the salt cavern, known as halotherapy, as I guide you into a relaxing and opening meditation to prepare you to receive the energy alignment, along with the vibrations of a rose quartz crystal singing bowl divinely chosen for Blue Wave Energy sessions!

Each individual’s experience during a session will be unique to them. You may have a restful session feeling like you are wrapped in a cozy blanket, or you might have an active session with heightened intuition and visions. Whatever happens for you is exactly what’s needed at the time.

Handcrafted oils and lemongrass towels will be provided to support your healing journey in this 45-minute session.
